This survey mirrors a sample of eleven questions that are a subset of the Yale Climate Opinion Maps within the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication. These maps show how Americans’ climate change beliefs, risk perceptions, and policy support vary at the national, state, congressional district, metro area, and county levels.

The purpose of the NEC survey is to determine student, faculty and administration beliefs in order to compare and contrast them with that broader data set. It also serves as a baseline for climate actions that could be implemented at the college campuses.

The survey will take about three minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous. Thank you for your time!
