• Affordable Housing Development 101 (AHD 101): A primer that covers the fundamentals of affordable housing development at a high-level.
• Visioning Session: A workshop that enables Boards of Directors, staff teams and/or stakeholders to determine their goals, priorities, mission, vision and values for an affordable housing project.
• Proforma Training: A workshop training that covers the financial basics of affordable housing development and takes a deep dive into proforma scenarios using Cahdco’s proforma template.
