16.CLIC (Cours de Langues pour les Immigrants au Canada) is a free program funded by the federal government, which allows students to develop basic French language skills, as well as provides useful information related to getting settled in Canada. Typically, the classes within this program would be offered a few times per week. In order to be eligible for this program, you must be a permanent resident or a refugee/protected person, aged 16+.
