IMPORTANT TO NOTE: REQUESTS ARE REVIEWED ON A WEEKLY BASIS ON FRIDAYS

FUNCTION SPACE refers to meeting rooms and event space at the HOTELS within the NACS official housing block. Requests for function space, at official NACS hotels, require approval from NACS. Approval does not guarantee availability. Once your request is approved by NACS, we will put you in touch with our hotel(s) contact directly so that you can check availability, pricing, etc.

AFFILIATED COMPANIES eligible for function space include retail members of NACS and exhibitors of the 2023 NACS Show. Space at NACS hotels is based on availability and is not guaranteed. All costs associated with the use of function space are the responsibility of the host company.

Important Note: For the 2023 NACS Show, there is NO available function space at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). When completing the form, all requests for function space should be for a specific hotel(s) rather than the GWCC.

FUNCTION SPACE is different from BUSINESS APPOINTMENT CENTERS (BACs). BACs are available exclusively to NACS Show Exhibitors to be able to conduct business in a private space outside of their booth. BACS are located in the Expo Halls and are available before, during, and after Expo hours. BACs are rented through our Expo Sales Team: Request Information on BACs.

NACS must review and approve all FUNCTION SPACE requests to ensure events being held in conjunction with the NACS Show do not overlap official NACS Show events and are in the best interest of all the Attendees and Exhibitors.

if they conflict with the official NACS events listed below:
