This assessment is intended to measure funding needs in all areas of healthy housing work at the local, state, and national level. Results will be shared with a group of funders and used to inform a discussion about what kinds of resources could meet community needs. This is an opportunity to communicate to funders what kinds of funding gaps you have observed.
No identifying information about survey participants will be shared and participation in this survey does not indicate an application for any funding opportunities.
The survey will be open for answers through COB October 26, 2018. It should take 10 minutes or less to complete. Thank you for your participation!
