Expressions of interest will be accepted until 5PM Friday 16 August 2024. No incomplete or late applications will be considered. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee your inclusion in the festival program.

To ensure that as many members of the community, as possible, are provided with the opportunity to showcase their culture, all performances are restricted to ten (10) minutes only inclusive of the emcee’s warm introduction.

Applicants are strongly advised to read the General Conditions prior to completing and submitting their application. Applicants will be notified by email of the result of their submission by Monday 16 September 2024.

Wagga Wagga City Council will not disclose your personal information to any person or body unless required by law to do so or if it is directly related to the purpose for which the information was collected.

Please note that there will be no soundchecks. Performers must provide the festival organiser with a copy of the backing track (music) to accompany their performance on MP3 file format only. No other format will be accepted.
