The East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) and Blackhawk Hills Regional Council encourage your input for an eight county freight plan.
What is the Eight County Freight Plan?

The Plan will help the Eight County Region (total of eight counties in Iowa and Illinois including Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson and Clinton Counties in Iowa and Carroll, Jo Daviess, Stephenson and Whiteside Counties in Illinois to:

·       Understand link between the freight transportation system and local economy

·       Be aware of freight system needs and opportunities

·       Incorporate freight in local transportation planning decisions

·       Ultimately identify policies and projects to improve transportation in the region

Why do we need your participation?

In short, we need your insight into how your business uses the transportation system, the issues that affect your supply chain and how those issues might be fixed.
