Our Leadership In Action Panel will feature three speakers:

Celebration Nonprofit Partner:
Lutheran Family Services is in need of child school packs for children attending school alongside their mothers working in ECE centers.
  • Items we will be collecting that evening: lunchboxes, backpacks, toys, stuffed animals, wet wipes, blankets, bilingual books (in Arabic and Farsi). 
  • Donations can also be made to help support Pamoja students:
    • $3,000 | Support a Pamoja student through her education pathway for a year.
      • Bilingual Teaching Support: Includes children’s bilingual books, bilingual resources that they could use in the classroom/at home. Alphabet posters, vocabulary flashcards, etc.
    • $500 | Help an ECE teacher to teach bilingually in the classroom. Covers 3 students with 4 books each + Bilingual Teaching Support (cards, posters,etc.).
    • $250 | A Chromebook, necessary for taking classes and doing homework
