Activity Center Use

Introduction

Civano 1 Neighborhood 1 HOA has a great activity center referred to sometimes as the Rotunda.  It was used a fair amount pre-pandemic.  This survey is just exploring other possible options for community members to use this great space.  All of these questions are in reference to the round shaped building where board meetings and committee meetings are held, it does not refer to the HOA office or hallway.
1.Do you know how to gain legal access to this building when the external doors are locked?
2.How often do you attend an activity or gathering in Rotunda?
3.Have you attended an exclusive event (by invitation only) in the Rotunda in the past?
4.Have you attended at least one Civano Community non-exclusive event / gathering in the Rotunda in the past?
5.Do you anticipate wanting to reserve the Rotunda for a private, exclusive event sometime in the future?
6.What do you think of the idea of having hot & cold beverages available on a drop in basis whenever the Rotunda is not being reserved for an event?
7.How often might you use the Rotunda as a meeting place to share a beverage with friends and/or neighbors on a drop-in basis?
8.Would you consider volunteering to help replenish supplies and/or tidy up the area, if the space was available for drop-in small group gatherings?
9.Do you have other ideas about how the Activity Center (Rotunda) should be used by the members of the Civano 1 Neighborhood 1 HOA? Explain simply or email ideas to bulletinboardcivano@gmail.com.
