We are conducting paid research interviews with professionals working in food service across the world to understand more about the top 3 dishes sold most frequently throughout the year and the top ingredients used to prepare those dishes. We are not interested in the 'secrets' of the top selling dishes nor any recipes. Our questions are of a general nature about your operation's top sold dishes to represent the dishes sold in the United States from restaurants such as yours.
Today, we will need about 3 minutes of your time to check if you qualify to participate in the study. If this study is a good fit for you, we would invite you to participate in an interview of about 30-40 minutes.
If you match the criteria, qualify and participate in the research In appreciation for your participation, we will pay you $165.00.

If you participate in the compensated survey this will be anonymous. Your name and all contact information will not be disclosed to the research sponsor. Only your replies to the questions on the survey will be shared.
We do ask for your contact information here on the pre-screening so that we know how to get in touch with you if you are a match for this research.
Please note; in order to be considered for and complete this survey all those who inquire will need to provide valid proof of their employment with the restaurant stated on their survey. The questions on the full survey will be specifically geared towards restaurant professionals. Those who misrepresent themselves will have a difficult time completing the survey and if they cannot complete this there will be no incentive given.
