Wadhwani Charitable Foundation - Request for Information (RFI)

The Wadhwani Charitable Foundation (WCF) is seeking to identify potential partners for giving grants or investing in them that have a successful track record in one or both of the following:
(A) Job fulfillment via upskilling and job placement initiatives
(B) Job creation via entrepreneurial and business support initiatives

Our target countries are emerging economies with growing youth populations. For this round, we are mainly focused on Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Potential funding/investment will be up to $1M per year, with multi-year funding/investment by the foundation. The organizations would already be operating in the $1M to $5M annual revenue/expense range annually.

This Request for Information (RFI) is designed to identify well-qualified organizations who will then be invited to respond to a more detailed Request for Proposals (RFP).

To be deemed well-qualified, the organization must demonstrate the following:
- Organizational sustainability
- 3rd party-validated outcomes of incremental living wage job fulfillment and job creation at a significant scale
- Leadership passion and ambition to scale impact further
- Projected benefits from WCFs funding/investments
- Projected benefits from WCFs technology and program management capabilities (optional)
