West Bolton SNAP Green Home Program (Year 4)

 

Thank you for participating in this survey! It is intended for single-family homeowners in Ontario that have installed an air-source heat pump prior to January 1, 2023, and have used it to heat their home. The results will be used to help understand the barriers to deployment and level of homeowner satisfaction with heat pumps. This will inform a broader campaign to promote the deployment of heat pumps in Ontario. To learn more about the project, please visit the project website.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It is being conducted by the Sustainable Neighbourhoods Action Program (SNAP) and Sustainable Technologies Evaluation Program (STEP) of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). To verify that you have installed a heat pump, we also ask that you please e-mail a picture of the yellow EnerGuide label on your heat pump (or a picture of the nameplate showing the model number and other specification data) to doris.choi@trca.ca. We value and appreciate your feedback, and thank you for your time.

Confidentiality – Information collected as part of this survey will be kept confidential, with results presented in an anonymous format, and used only for the purposes of this project. The information will not be shared in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used solely to contact you for the above.
