We are surveying the community and adjoining residence about our Self-Storage & Commercial Center project located in Palmdale at 4343 Pearblossom Hwy (the N/W corner of 45th St East and Pearblossom Hwy), at what was the old location of the old Pines Café. We value your feedback on our high-quality projects we are building. What would you like as far as stores; café diner, pizza parlor, chicken & BBQ, hair salon, mailbox & more, dry cleaning, coin wash, pet grooming and supplies, offices with conference room to share, community market.
We also want your input on the design of the building and layout of the project on the 4-acre site. Do you want just outside storage units or inside climate control storage units or a combination of both? Are you ok with one or two or three stories? Do you want covered places for RV, trailers, boats cars. Do you want the units up against your back block wall or do you want space with a line of trees as a buffer?
This is your opportunity to be involved in the process and give your input. Self-Storage Units are considered "neighborhood friendly", and people like to be close to where their things are stored. We plan on making convenient operation times and have a manager live onsite to watch over property 24/7 for security. We also plan on holding community BBQ meetings once a year to answer any questions or community concerns. We also plan on giving storage discounts to all the residents in the housing tract next door to the west and north of the project and for seniors and veterans. What is your feeling?
