Over the next couple of months we are gathering opinions from you about how you feel about our Reactive Repairs service.

By completing this survey, you will help us to see if we are meeting your needs. If the survey shows that we are not, our aim is to change our ways to give you a better experience.

The results will be available in November 2024.

This survey is about reactive repairs eg broken taps & burst pipes and not about planned repairs eg replacing bathrooms, kitchens, or painting/cleaning.
