Your feedback will help us plan

Somerset Dam is one of several dams to be upgraded as part of Seqwaters Dam Improvement Program. Like all major infrastructure, dams are regularly assessed and upgraded to comply with improving engineering standards and guidelines.

Construction of the upgrade is expected to begin in 2022, pending State Government approvals, and will take up to four years to complete.

We know this project will impact the community and we are planning now for how those impacts will be managed. Your feedback, ideas and suggestions are an important part of that planning.
