Your Voice, Your Health: Building better services together
Can you spare a few minutes to help us make Newcastle upon Tyne a great place to live?
We are asking people with a learning disability and their families what would help people to live healthy and long lives and have better healthcare services.
We will share your ideas (not your name) with Collaborative Newcastle Learning Disability Partnership to help make a plan for people with a learning disability Newcastle.
The Partnership is made up of the NHS, local government, education, charities like Skills for People and local communities in Newcastle.
