Due to overwhelming popularity, the IPA room block at the Westin Indianapolis is sold out.

IPA has secured additional rooms at surrounding hotels and a small Tuesday-only allotment at the Westin. We are happy to match you to a room that best fits your needs, if you would like. Please complete this reservation form to book your room now. Please complete one form for each room needed.

Prices listed in the reservation form are total for the length of stay, including tax. Please consult directly with your off-site hotel for their current parking rates.

Payment for your reservation will be due to IPA upon receipt of your confirmation email, which will arrive within five business days of submission. You will be required to provide your credit card upon hotel arrival for any incidental charges.

Should you need to cancel your stay, please do so no later than October 1st by contacting Sonya Baker-Hallett . Cancellation requests made after October 1st will not be guaranteed a refund.
