CRC Member Survey: Immigrant Client and Community Access Post Election |
CRC Immigrant Access Check in Survey
CRC has heard concerns from some member organizations that clients may be understandably afraid as a result of raids, inflamed rhetoric, harsh policies, Executive Orders, and the difficulty of distinguishing facts from rumors. There is concern that clients and neighbors who may have accessed various services are going “underground” to avoid scrutiny and possible deportation for themselves or people in their families. Such a climate makes it difficult to provide services to these families, and poses additional challenges to the nonprofits that seek to serve them and the communities where they live and work.
We have devised this short survey to better understand the nature of the problem and to inform CRC efforts to craft a response.
The survey should take you no more than 10 minutes of your time. Multiple staff members from the same organization are welcome to complete it. We are hoping to hear from a broad cross section of our membership.
If you have any questions, please contact Kevin at (415) 864-3980.
Thanks for your continued support of CRC efforts to expand access and opportunity and to help create healthy communities for all.
Please complete the survey by Friday March 10th. Thanks!
