As of Nov. 1, 2023, the Condominium Authority of Ontario will require all condo corporations to pay their CAO assessment fees using our secure online payment system and will no longer accept cheques as a form of payment.
This means that condo corporations with an outstanding invoice must login to their CAO account and select an online payment method to pay the invoice. Using the direct deposit option, corporations' bank account information will be saved in a encrypted system without having to re-enter account details to pay other invoices. Credit and debit card information are not saved and will have to be entered each time.
