Introduction

Thank you for participating in our survey.
You have been invited to participate in research involving certain types of experiences and their relationship to your personal happiness. The study is being conducted to partially fulfill the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, located at 1069 East Meadow Circle in Palo Alto, California, 94303.

The goal of the study is to increase understanding of the impact that your view of these experiences can have on your happiness. Your participation in this study will entail full completion of this online survey of 48 questions, plus two free-form responses, with an estimated completion time of 10-15 minutes. Please be aware that if you do not fully complete the survey partial data cannot be used, and you cannot return to finish the survey, so please set aside the necessary time for completion. Please do not complete the survey if you are under 20 years of age.
