EPA’s Technical Assistance to Brownfield Communities (TAB) providers will select three submissions for an opportunity to pitch at the National Brownfields Conference scheduled for August 8-10 in Detroit, Michigan. The Perfect Pitch Competition is slated for Thursday, August 10, 10:30 am - 12:45 pm. All three will get up to $20,000 in pro bono professional consultation that is focused on your site’s specific challenges. The goal is to build capacity, increase the profile of your site, and connect you with investors, developers and resources to accelerate your redevelopment timeline.

Whether your property is in the early stages of redevelopment or ready for a developer, the Perfect Pitch Competition will help you gain a deeper understanding of how to help your property go platinum!
