This GDPR Readiness Self-Assessment is designed to give you a high-level overview of your current awareness of GDPR processes, readiness for, and items to consider when preparing for ongoing GDPR compliance management.
GDPR compliance is not a one-time report, it’s not a certification, it’s an ongoing approach to managing data that fundamentally protects the people whose data you control and/or process (Data Subjects). Through GDPR compliance, you are a better steward of the data you are collecting and processing.
In order to get a good sense of your GDPR readiness, this survey consists of just over 70 questions broken out into 13 sections. The questions do not require that you retrieve a lot of data, but you should plan on spending about 20 minutes with it and plan on completing it in one session.
This assessment does NOT void the need for professional legal advice, a deeper assessment of your current data processes and flows done by a professional cyber security and data privacy firm, and ongoing management of GDPR compliance processes.
