European Social Partners in the Audiovisual and Live Performance sectors behind Creative Skills Europe, namely the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Pearle* Live Performance Europe, the Media, Entertainment & Arts sector of UNI Europa (EURO-MEI), the International Federation of Actors (FIA), the International Federation of Musicians (FIM) and the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) are organizing a regional conference on skills in Prague (Czech Republic), on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 of January 2025.
This event will put the spothlight on key challenges in the audiovisual and live performance sectors and bring together stakeholders from Central & Eastern Europe and other EU regions to explore ways professional trainig and skills development can accompany and facilitate those transitions.
We will be discussing the digital shift, the green transition and access to training for all; key topics addressed by the European Framework of Actions on Skills in the Audiovisual and Live Performance Sectors, adopted by the EU social partners in 2023.
The meeting will be held in the afternoon of Wedesday 29th January 2025 (afternoon) and Thursday 30th January 2025 (full day), in Prague, Czech Republic. More information on the venue will follow.
