- Connects additional destinations by going further into Downtown, though distance is longer.
B. 4th Street Sidepath
- Shorter travel distance through Downtown to the Old. Pennsylvania Ave. segment. Reduced destination connectivity.

(inland route) - Connects additional destinations staying along Penn. Ave. Views of river limited numerous utility conflicts.

K. Harvey Ave. Trail (South)
- Separated from roadway, adjacent to the railroad tracks. This alignment would cross over Harvey at Calcutta to the Boat Ramp.
