Ely intersection survey

The signal lights at the intersections of Hwy 1/Third Avenue and Hwy 1/Central Avenue have reached the end of their useful life, and Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is conducting an intersection study to determine what traffic control should replace them. We are doing our due diligence by studying multiple options. This survey will help us better understand the community's perspective on current issues and interests for these two intersections. Please answer the following questions and give us your feedback on possible solutions.

Any identifying information you provide will not be associated with your individual survey responses. However, any identifying information will be accessible to MnDOT employees whose job reasonably requires access to the information, to anyone you specifically authorize to receive the information, pursuant to a court order, and by any other person or entity authorized by state or federal law.
