Active Streets for Schools

The Active Streets for Schools program helps to make school environments safer and more accessible for children to walk or ride to school. This might include new or improved footpath connections, more dedicated crossings or traffic calming (e.g. speed humps) to ensure the trip is easy for children to navigate.

Transport Canberra and City Services would like to receive input from each school community about how children currently travel to school and how the infrastructure can be improved to increase amenity and safety.
