Introduction
1. Please note, this application is only for those who wish to retake the exam.
If you are applying to take the exam for the first time, use the exam application instead of this form.
2. At the end of this application, you will be required to pay the retake application fee of $149US.

The candidate has a one year eligibility period to take the exam, beginning the day the original application was processed by DAA. A maximum of 3 retakes may be used if needed during the eligibility period.
A confirmation e-mail and instructions for accessing the online exam will be sent to the candidate within 2 weeks of the application approval.
