A nominee need only be nominated once to be considered for a category award. If the nominee is eligible to be nominated in multiple categories, they may be nominated in each category. Separate nominations will need to be made for each category they are nominated in.
Nominees will be judged by the quality of the answers they provide in the nomination form.
Judges may require additional information regarding the information provided in the nomination form, and may need to contact the nominee to do so.

Awards will be presented at an industry breakfast on 14 August 2015.
