Week Eleven Mentee Survey

These surveys are to help us determine (1) how feasible this program is in the format and time frame in which it is now structured, (2) what changes might be necessary for future cohorts, (3) how well the mentor-mentee pairs adhered to the program curriculum, and (4) which parts of the curriculum were helpful or unhelpful.
