* 8. I understand that the Just Food Community Farm is a working farm, and as such can be a dangerous environment. I acknowledge that there is a potential risk of injury from activities involved in Just Food Farm School, and while particular best practices, equipment, and personal care may reduce this risk, the risk of injury and/or death does exist.

I hereby release from liability, hold harmless, and waive any and all claims I may have against Just Food and/or their employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, or representatives for any personal injury, death, illness, property damages, expenses or loss sustained by myself or my child as a result of participation in activities offered by Just Food, however caused.

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, death, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.
