The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) are very excited to be hosting IBD Insider: Patient Updates from the Crohn's & Colitis Congress.  This live-virtual event will include a moderated question and answer (Q&A)session facilitated by patient thought leaders. 

What questions do you have?   Complete the brief survey below so we can use your questions to inform the Q&A session.  Thank you, in advance, for your participation.
