Mainstage Auditions Registration : Season 68

We are excited you will be joining us for auditions here at Davenport Junior Theatre!
Please note that all students must complete this pre-registration form. Here are some other key details.
Complete this form with your student together. There are many questions that will involved both you and them. Students, do NOT complete this form without your parents involvement.
Form takes approximately 7-10 minutes to complete. You will want any conflicts you have during rehearsal periods ready to enter on page #2.
* Students must be 10 years or older at the time of the auditions.
* Students must have participated and completed a DJT class or camp to audition.
* Students should expect to stay the entire time of the audition scheduled.
* Open to residents of any city, not just Davenport.
* Students only need to attend one audition time.

* If cast, actors pay a $75 registration fee. Tech only students pay $45 registration fee.
* Please be prepared to list all your student's scheduling conflicts for the following periods in time. Page #2 will have more detail.
