This survey is specifically aimed at WM patients living in the UK and Europe. If you are friend or family of someone living with WM or LPL, please visit our survey for friends and family.

Through the survey, we refer to ‘WM’. When this is the case, we are talking about people diagnosed with non IgM-LPL as well as people diagnosed with Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinaemia.

The estimated time for completion is 30 minutes. Responses are saved after you submit each page, meaning you can leave and come back to complete it at another time.
