Our 2023-28 price submission sets out our services and the costs our customers pay. Our customers provided great input into the submission, including confirming our six customer outcomes.
Now, we're doing our regular quick survey to check that those customer outcomes are still important to our community. We carry out these surveys to make sure we can respond to new issues or changes in our community’s priorities.
