The 9th Street Pedestrian Crossing Project is planned in the City of Corvallis’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and will construct an enhanced pedestrian crossing, including flashing beacons, on 9th Street between Buchanan Avenue and Grant Avenue (area shown in the map on this page).

This project is identified as a High Priority (Project P3) in the City's Transportation System Plan and supports the City’s Strategic Operational Plan that prioritizes improving the safety and walkability of the pedestrian system.

Before design begins, we are interested in your input in selecting the location for the new crossing. City staff have identified several potential locations (see map below).
