DHR Pro Bono Attorney Sexual Harassment Hotline Volunteer Form

The NYS Division of Human Rights (DHR) is seeking experienced pro bono attorneys to assist individuals with complaints of workplace sexual harassment.

DHR operates a hotline which provides to callers a referral list of attorneys who are experienced in providing counsel related to workplace sexual harassment, who have agreed to provide limited pro bono assistance and counsel. The hotline complies with all of the requirements for a program operated under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, 12 NYCRR, Rule 6.5 (Participation in limited pro bono legal service programs).
