This Survey includes Climate Action Ideas & Goals & Policies for:
Improving community resilience to severe weather events and climate impacts,
Reducing air pollution, and
Reducing greenhouse gas pollution from local activities
Community resilience means the equitable ways we build our community’s connectivity, cohesion, and capacity to reduce, withstand, respond to, and recover from climate impacts.
Greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions reduction means taking action to reduce or eliminate the emissions of GHGs in order to reduce the rate and extent of climate change damage. Planning is underway to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) pollution created here in Clark County to improve air quality and our community’s health and environment.
