This form is Phase I of the nomination process for the New Mexico Tourism Hall of Fame.
NMHA will be evaluating candidates for the New Mexico Tourism Hall of Fame through a multi-layer approach. Phase I will be a simple peer-submitted online form (this form). Individuals looking to nominate a candidate for the New Mexico Tourism Hall of Fame need only to submit basic information about the candidate.
The Hall of Fame Committee will evaluate submissions based on industry reputation and the frequency a particular individual was submitted for review. If the Hall of Fame Committee deems a candidate qualifies for the next step of the nomination process, the candidate will move to Phase II.
Phase II will be a detailed questionnaire completed personally by the candidate.
