Brushes with Cancer Winter 2025 Artist Exhibition Information

On behalf of Twist Out Cancer, we want to thank you for your participation in the program! As we prepare to celebrate on March 15, 2025, it is critical that we collect key information from all Inspirations and Artists. Please take a few moments to fill out the below questionnaire that will be used for the art exhibition.

7.Art Dimensions- Please clarify if the dimensions include a frame.Please list width, height and depth (in that order).
8.What is the value of artwork? Please note that the bidding process will start at 1/3 of the determined value. Inspirations will have the opportunity to purchase the artwork outright for 1.5 x the value of the artwork.
9.Artist Statement (no more than 250 words). Please note that this statement should describe the artwork and your experience working with your inspiration.
Artists please upload a high res image of your artwork, and your headshot. Please upload your labeled digital assets through dropbox. Please note that your submission will not be considered complete until the survey is completed and digital assets are submitted. Every artist should submit at least 4 high resolution images that are no smaller than 3mb (megabytes). If you captured images or video while completing the work of art please feel free to include that as well.
