Do you have a healthy lifestyle?

If you answer "yes" to between one and four questions then you have a lot of room for improvement in your lifestyle. Look at the pattern of your answers to find out where you are not concentrating on good health. If you feel unable to make changes yourself, ask a PE teacher or health professional to help you.
