The Arts Council of Bismarck has started the process of developing an Arts and Culture Master Plan with a goal of creating a shared vision for the role that Arts and Culture will play in Bismarck in the future. This process prioritizes the well-being of everyone in Bismarck. By fostering supportive policies and programs, securing long-term funding, and amplifying the voices of our residents, cultural organizations, businesses, and visitors, we can celebrate and maintain a thriving community that enriches the lives of all. This survey evaluates Bismarck's existing arts and cultural resources and examines the needs and desires of people across the city as they relate to Arts and Culture.
