NAM Training Room - Member Use Request Form

NAM's conference room is available to all NAM members!

Members can utilize this space for training, board meetings or a small event during NAM business hours.

Rental is FREE for NAM member events up to 2 hours (additional 30 minute set up time included).

Additional time is available at $25 per hour. NAM's conference room will not be available outside of regular business hours.  

Members are responsible for cleaning, taking out trash, and returning space to original set up. If the space is not cleaned or items are damaged, a fee will be applied to the rental cost.

Nam staff will do everything we can to have the room set up to your preferences, but preferred set up is not guaranteed

11.I understand the technology in the room is available for my group to use. Written directions are provided. NAM staff help may not be available for tech support.
12.The Mastercraft Building is a secure building. NAM staff will be available to meet the first guest. After that, we ask that someone from your group is available to let additional guests, including any deliveries, into the building.
13.I understand that my group is responsible for cleaning, taking out trash, and returning space to original set up. Additional cleaning fees of $100 will be applied if room is not cleaned and returned to the original room set up.
14.I have read the NAM COVID Policies for Member Use. I understand the policies and will ensure my group follows them. If there are changes to the polices between booking and reservation, you will receive an updated document.

17.If you need to cancel your event or adjust time of reservation, you must contact trainnig@conprofit.org or aaronr@nonprofitam.org prior for 48 of the reservation to avoid cancelation fee of $50.
