Introduction

Matrix Consulting Group was selected by the City of Norman to conduct a Comprehensive Needs Assessment of the Police and Fire Departments. Input from the community is essential to the study, and we want to hear about your experiences with the Police and/or Fire Department, attitudes toward service levels, and any opportunities for improvement.
The survey is anonymous, and individual responses will not be shared with the city, the Police Department, Fire Department or anyone outside of the Matrix project team. We will tabulate the responses and present a summary of our findings.
