Online & Blended Professional Development in DR K-12

Welcome! This survey will help us synthesize info for CADRE’s Spotlight on Online and Blended Professional Development (PD). We appreciate your time and responses.

Information gathered through individual responses will be aggregated and synthesized for the purposes of depicting the DR K-12 portfolio of work in online and blended PD. The results will be used to create cross-project summaries of PD contexts, characteristics, and study approaches as well as to inform future programming in the strand of online and blended PD. We will identify a list of participating projects, but will not associate individual projects with their responses (e.g., to provide illustrative examples) without first seeking permission.

CADRE will follow up with respondents indicating they have products, findings, and/or interest in future engagement.
