BDAFA Return to Play Survey

This survey is being conducted by Bankstown District Amateur Football Association (BDAFA) to gauge an understanding from our participants on their desire to return to play in the 2021 Season. These are circumstances which we hoped we would never face again and now that we are, we would like to gather an understanding from our participants on what you would like the return to play to look like. The data gathered in this survey will be used to assist the BDAFA Board in being well informed to make the best decision for returning to football in Bankstown. This survey will take a maximum of 5 minutes to complete. We thank you in advance for your contribution.
