2016 QuarkNet Teacher Survey

Instructions: Each year QuarkNet participants complete the following survey. We use results for program improvement and to show funders the extent to which teachers are using what they learn in QuarkNet.

New teachers, please indicate what you plan to implement.

Please take 15-20 minutes to answer all the questions. If you are unsure of how to respond, give your best guess. Your responses to the survey items will be kept completely confidential. Evaluators, who are not QuarkNet staff, will be able to identify you only for tracking purposes. If you have technical difficulties, please see your workshop facilitator.
