All information provided will remain anonymous and confidential. The data will be processed for monitoring purposes, and reports for IOU's key funders only.
The analysis of the data will highlight how inclusive and diverse we are as an organisation, especially around the protected characteristics of gender, age, ethnicity, sexuality, socio-economic and those who identify as D/deaf or disabled and will feed into our future plans to continually improve how we work.
