Maternity, Mental Health, Multiple Health Conditions and Integrated care in Crawley Insight Gathering - Citizens Advice West Sussex (CAWS)

This survey is aiming to understand current NHS healthcare support that is available for the residents of Crawley. We are investigating maternity care, pre-crisis mental health support, integrated care and support for those who have multiple heath conditions. Through this research we are conducting, we are looking to make a positive change in the health outcomes for the residents of Crawley. We hope to build an evidence base, share the information gathered and present our recommendations to our partners and funders. In order to produce insight on the inequalities in NHS services in Crawley, we would be grateful for your feedback.
