Self-Nomination Form: 2024 DE&I Trailblazer Awards!

The African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce seek self-nominations for the 2024 DE&I Trailblazer Awards. Companies with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are encouraged to apply to be considered for ONE of the award categories listed below. Winners will be notified the third week of October 2024 and awards will be presented on Thursday, November 14 at the DE&I Trailblazer Awards Reception at Pines Manor, in Edison, NJ from 5-8 p.m.

Companies that won an award in 2023 may not submit a nomination for the same category in 2024.
