Exit CORE LINX PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM Thank you for your interest in the Core LINX Program!Core LINX is a provincially designed 9-month leadership development program for new managers. Applications are open to excluded managers who have been in their position for less than 5 years, with a team of direct reports. Candidates should have a strong desire and potential to enhance their knowledge and skills in leadership practices to positively impact their team(s). This program is offered to you by VCH People, with a comparable market value of $8,000 per participant.Prior to submitting your application, please discuss attending the Core LINX Program with your Director to ensure you have their support and to arrange reasonable operational coverage for the duration of the program.Our goal is to create an engaging learning environment with a diverse cohort of new managers from across VCH. Due to a high level of interest in this program, seats will be prioritized for those who: are currently in a permanent, excluded manager role, and have a team of direct reports For those that do not meet the above criteria, please reach out to us at leadershipdevelopment@vch.ca to discuss the programs and services available to support your learning needs. Attendance & Cancellation Attendance to all the modules is required. If you are unable to meet this commitment, please inform us at soon as you can at least 7 days prior to the first day of the program to allow time for others on our waitlist. If you wish to withdraw from the program after it has already started, we may need your Director’s authorization for cost-recovery options. PROGRAM SCHEDULE All sessions will be delivered online, via Zoom. Virtual learning sessions are highly interactive and will not be recorded. Candidates must be able to commit to being active participants in all sessions.
